  • @seanviv2 exactly that is the main problem with the British and Irish food then the food really taste plain this is worst with the very popular Irish lamb which does not taste good and smells funny because they do not use enough spices as opposed for example to Turkish lamb which is light years ahead the Irish lamb

  • I am curious as a cook I really season my food well but not overly. I notice that some british cooks under season their food such as yourself. The food does look tasty but what does it taste like? maybe another sprinkling of salt that fat will melt off alot of the salt . Is the english palate just used to a milder seasoning Just curious. I hope I am not offending anyone I love all food from any country just notice a cooking style with some. Thank you for the instructions.
