Shiny Darkrai 8/25/09

After 11 days of soft-resetting, I found a shiny Darkrai. =)

I started to soft-reset on 8/14/09, and I found the Darkrai on 8/25/09. The funny thing is, I didn't actually catch it until around 4:00 AM on 8/27/09, because I was waiting for my brother to film it. I found Darkrai while on the Bulbapedia page for Wailord, with my DS Lite in my right hand, sitting sideways in my chair. I glanced at my DS Lite, to see a blue Darkrai. The first thing I did was stare in awe, and then I went downstairs to tell my mom. Afterwards, I told some of my buddies online. I'm glad that my brother was able to get this up quicker than my Giratina video. To that, I am thankful for.

I had some fun soft resetting for Darkrai, and it came much quicker than Giratina, too. Sometimes, I had made up the fact that I soft-resetted over Darkrai, which I obviously didn't do. I guess your mind likes to make up stuff, lol. I think I'm going to focus on getting some more Emerald RNG shinies, and conquering the Battle Tower in Platinum for now. You need to take breaks from these things or else you'll go crazy. XD.

Thanks. I didn't use a Master Ball because I had a plan on catching it before I started to soft-reset. It worked out great. =)

not the best nature and stats for it but congrats on getting a shiny darkrai i hope to synchronize for a modest shiny darkrai evently but for now i am playing a rented copy to try and get a few extra darkrai during the distruabution of the member pass so far i have 1 untouched modest darkrai with 168 sp.atk going for another with better s with a little better stats. proable now would be my last chance to get another darkrai before the 13th so far i have 4 darkrai soon to be 5 then SR for #6shiny
