This is so true with me....I do great all week and then on the weekend I don't have a plan....I had a busy day Saturday with going to the beach and camp...I packed a ton of water and instead of snacking on chips I snacked on carrots. I stuck to it and today I am setting my alarm so that I remember to eat every three hours and carry a water bottle with me everywhere with me! Thank you for the reminder that I AM IN FAT LOSS MODE!
