This theme is called iHrT, found in Cydia for free. On this lockscreen, you have a beating heart, but it is not an actually heart, it is the Apple logo. This animated lockscreen runs smoothly, included live weather and a beautiful look. Everything is pretty simple to set up, follow the instructions in the video on how to set up live weather.
