thats some good advice i didnt know you could cheat one day out of the week and still be burning calories through out the week.I use to think if i cheated i messed up.I tried a strick diet that only lasted 2 weeks it just made me more hungry

I have a journal that I wrote how being overweight makes me feel, reasons why I want to lose weight, rewards, and I also write in there everything I eat and drink, and one small goal to reach for each week. I've had lots of ups and downs but one thing is true....I still haven't given up!
Tip 4 is probably the best one. "You're gonna go crazy if you don't. You're gonna go crazy."

Great Video Jess, This video is just what I needed :) Im going to hop on the bike today! I'm so glad I went back to weightwatchers, a big part of why I have is the help and support I have had from you :) Keep the tips videos coming, maybe do some idea's on motivation, clothes to flatter your figure when having a bad day? how to be less hard on yourself? i know i am far too hard on myself! <3 you xoxo
