Hi guys!

So I haven't done a Tips video in a LONG time!
I was so happy to get back to doing them!
I decided to talk about 5 main tips for successful weight loss

1. If you bite it, write it
2. Remind yourself WHY you want to lose weight
3. Opt for healthy and filling foods
4. Prepare for those BIG meals
5. Don't EVER give up

  • thats some good advice i didnt know you could cheat one day out of the week and still be burning calories through out the week.I use to think if i cheated i messed up.I tried a strick diet that only lasted 2 weeks it just made me more hungry
