Andrea Herrera has thought a lot about the kind of life she wants for herself and her children, and she has decided that a university degree is the key. Growing up, Andrea watched her single mother work hard to raise children and earn a living: "She just never really got paid much above minimum wage. I saw a lot of her struggles. There weren't that many jobs for her because she didn't have a degree." Andrea says what surprised her most about the UA was how affordable college can be. "Really college is not that hard to pay for if you seek out opportunities [and] look for those scholarships-there are so many scholarships out there. The UA offered a lot., which I was surprised about. I didn't know that I could get so much money. I thought.you had to be a 4.0 student and really, really involved and the valedictorian in order to get scholarships." Video directed by Luis Carlos Romero-Davis
