  • Dear WashingtonDeceit,

    I miss on your video the diagnostic relevant loss of nuclei of the cardiomyocytes... As the infarction is already demarcated by neutrophils, It would be good to demonstrate the core of the necrosis with increased eosinophilia and kariolysis and comment that the infarction shold be older than 6-8 hors (perhaps 12-24 hours).
