St. Petersburg, Florida-based cover band CFM covering the Beatles "A Day in the Life" live on the roof of the Cockney Rebel Pub in St. Pete Beach on 31 January, 2009 during their Get Back 40th Anniversary Show commemorating the Beatles' rooftop concert.

  • Thanks for the comment. Actually, we did have police trouble. When Johnny Moondog says at the end "let's hope they don't have all of our names down just yet." He was talking about the St. Pete Beach police, who pulled in at the beginning of our set ("Get Back"). Of course, this song was the last song of our set, so they were patient, at least. They were also nice about it, saying that we could keep playing, just not on the roof.
