marlib7 is totally right on. You're looking at the woman from the side, and practically upside down, not to mention it's from a distance and out of focus. How you actually expect a beginner to learn how to correctly form the stitch from this video is beyond me.

I have had the hardest time learning to knit because I crochet and continental helps. Your instruction video has been a blessing. I CAN FNALLY KNIT!!!!! THANK YOU!!!
