@RAB0869 I have removed my comment about the reverb and I thank you for your reply. I have a much better appreciation for the sound now and listening to it again I have enjoyed this recording very much, hardly noticing that somehow the acoustics absorb the low notes much faster than the high notes.

@bleem55 the reverb isn't artificially added. The problem is due to the acoustics of St. Anton. You might get the same effect, even if the micros are placed near the organ and not in the nave. I tried a lot, but the result is always the same. And I am a friend of the natural sound. All my recordings are not modified afterwards.

I must agree. It is the best I've seen/heard on youtube. Very clear and articulate as well as clean and played with passion. Exactly the way I like to play it. Although I play the opening section with a much lighter registration which when the bombastic chords enter it really makes a great sound.
