This is the complete (and amazing!) 6+ minute original Lockheed video, showing the Hercules landing and taking off from the deck of an aircraft carrier. It also includes some great footage of a North American Fury, and an F-4 Phantom.

@RomelioSanz A refueling plane is not a direct threat to any enemy force, it has no weapons and only serves a support role. Why even waste the time attempting to shoot one down when you have heavily armored fighter planes protecting it?

Déjà vu au moins 100 fois, et depuis cet évènement, j'ai fais au moins 50 fois, sur Fs9 et FSX cette manœuvre à vide et en charge lourde.
Un de mes avions favoris, et toujours jeune ...... moi un peu moins !!!!!!!!

@JeffRL1956 Anyway Hercules is an amazing miltary cargo plane, even if Argentina didn't win the Falklands/Malvinas War, those acomplished so good their mission, but fighters win wars not cargo planes. It is not my intention arguing about that war itself. PD: I am not and argie or barbie or whatever, I am proud of being PERUVIAN, from the land of the INKAS.

Oh, please. If they'd wanted to, they would have, but the Mirages and Skyhawks were the priority. A lot of good it did you not having your Hercs shot down. You kept your Hercs and didn't get the Falklands. U.K.1, ArgieBargie 0.

Hercules is the best military cargo plane ever built... they also were used by Argentine Air Forces as a refueling plane, and they NEVER could been shot down by Royal Air Force.
