Come on people! This is experimentation, he THINKS he may be able to regenerate skin. The vids about the finger are a con, a joke, Waleed from Kuwait put it all together as a funny joke on the dumb westerners! If you believe it all he is right, you are dumb. Genuine medical lab work is carried out under strict aseptic conditions, look at that lab!
The 2 year old finger has a scungy thick yellow 60 year nail on it like the other fingers, the old guy is laughing at you too, or he is mental.

Dr Robert Becker was successfully re growing the limbs and organs of animals using by electrically stimulating bone marrow cells to differentiate into a form of adult stem cells which re grew the bone from within by regeneration OVER A DECADE AGO!!. He wanted to experiment on humans but his funding was... PULLED!. You can download his book called the body electric for free and read about his experiments.
