Exercise 3: Whisper has her front end on the ground and her hind on the ball (can do sitting or standing). I use my hand to help stabilize her. This dog is doing physio for elbow dysplasia though I use this same exercise on all my dogs.

  • I inflate a little less which makes it harder. Fully inflated is easier. Have fun with it. Get them up on it and feed sits and downs. Standing is harder. But everything on BOSU is pretty easy compared to the ball.

  • I just got a Bosu for my dogs, (aussies) and am wondering how to use it with them safely. Did you inflate the Bosu to the full 9 inches that the directions for people say? or was it less, more soft? Any other suggestions?
