  • @flamefire999 I blew out my arm that way...four concrete slabs and an elbow. Bust the sack around my elbow joint of fluid (forget what it's called), was walking around with a softball-sized lump on my arm. Not fun.

  • 1:46 taekwondo

  • they break it with their forearm. not their elbow because if they do it hurts very very bad ( ive done it with 4 boards)

  • @MASTERNCS not considered martial art per say, power breaking shows that you have anough endurance to slam your body into concrete and not flinch, plus hey, hes breaking alot of concrete, thats hard to do haha

  • @MASTERNCS No offense taken. I would say yes to both of your comments. Martial arts originally were exactly that. Training for battle, and a part of that was conditioning the body to absorb the punishment of combat, or to inflict as much damage as possible. In modern power breaking there is a lot going on, Mass x Acceleration=Force, focusing on the dead center point of the target, mental picture of you breaking the object. If you don't believe you will break the object, then you will fail.

  • Absolutely mean no offense to anyone but, how is power breaking considered a Martial Art??? Does breaking hard objects with the human body make it qualify to be Martial Art or is it the fact that many who participate in the event practice Martial Art?

Just trying to clarify and classify this sport? thanks

  • NO SPACERS!?!?!?!

  • This is hard brick with no spacers, this is true power.

  • no spacers?
