  • The incline military press is not a primary shoulder exercise. Its a chest exercise with primary stimulus of the pec minor and secondary assistance by the anterior deltoid. Also, with slow moving reps to create time under tension, it is not necessary for the trainer to add any manual resistance.

  • @TheInternet0 I know him too haha. I wanted the Lions to get him; They got Louis Delmas instead.....can't say I'm upset haha. Louis Delmas is the shit!
