Well, all I can say is that south America has been fighting and making headway against the controls of the IMF and I'm happy about that. The reason Reagan open up to Mexican immigrants was because America's economy is losing to the Japanese's economy. The best way to do that is by cheap labor. In addition, America wants to export more agriculture products to Japan. U can blame the communists all u want but Reagan wanted cheap labor just like today's GOP. Bush didn't close the border as to please his business people. Obama deported more illegals in 3 years than Bush 8 years in office. Check your facts.
