very impressive. the heavy ropes are soo hard. how can i improve my heavy ropes skill?

this workout will make someone slower and less powerfull... its best to rest and do the next as good as the first round

@J9mcgann @J9mcgann @J9mcgann Haha :-) try mens store :-). Are you training "ordinary" weighttraining in gym also? It's hard to see if someone is "big" or not on video/photo but from the videos you've published it seems like your muscles are quite big for not being sculpted also by gym reps with weights. However, impressing and motivating! Not the same intensity as your but you can watch me coach a soccerteam at Basicgym if you have oceans of time to spend :-)
