Once a Kuwaiti refugee from Operation Desert Storm, Chaplain Balbale wanted to serve the country that liberated his homeland. He eventually realized that his calling was to serve as a Navy Chaplain. Chaplain Balbale said "The greatness of our nation lies in the diversity of its people" - What does it mean to you?
