theres only one thing stronger than hydromorphone. oxymorphone. and idk about its use. i cant imagine pain so bad that a drug stronger than heroin cant phase it. but yeah youre on some good shit enjoy it while it lasts. oh and the nods are normal that happens to everyone who experiences opiates, shit fentanyl suboxone anything stronger than oxycodone makes me and my friends nod. and we arent even habitual drug users. just stoners...

I misheard so you are currently on 40mg of Dilaudid. Go to 60mg of 10mg "Percocet" or "Percodan" throughout the day. Lower dosage 5 mg to 10mg per day. Sorry about the mistaken info I first gave. I have ADD and a lousy memory. That will be more palatable with less side affects than Dilaudid.

I would switch to "Percocet" or "Percodan" 10mg@ 2 per/dose . If your existing dose of oxycontin is at 30mg time release form. If you still have pain then 3 per/dose. Don't do the 30mg oxycodone pill. Taper down 5mg of "Percocet" per/dose. Don't even consider letting them use morphine or antidepressants. A maintenance dose after your out 5mg Perc's 1 to 2 /day for a month. Then if you feel a let down 5mg of Xanax once or twice a day fo 5 to 6 weeks and taper off .25mg per day at the end. B cool
