We'll give you a hint to get you started, and if you need more help just let us know. Let's just focus on the part that says "twice a number". How do you translate that?
Turns out that "a number" just stands for a variable. So you can use a variable like 'x' to stand for "a number". Then "three times a number" would be translated as 3*x. Now "twice" means "two times". So can you translate "two times a number? Give it a try and let us know if that helps you with your problem:)
