I see you did not use the rock top primer? Why is this?

this video is not actually accurate to manufacturer application recommendations. it's important for buyers to understand that the company posting this video is just a reseller and this is how they choose to apply. If you apply it this way do not expect manufacturer to support- you should never cut EAP with Acetone, as the video states. Acetone is what most quickly neutralizes this sealer. You can cut with a small % of denatured alcohol but not acetone. also, EAP needs 7 days to cure.

@zenstoneworks Thank you for clarifying- yes the instructions used to say to cut with acetone, and were changed not long after we did this video. We will probably remove this video soon, even though we did have success with all the pieces that were sealed with EAP this way... it's not something we recommend- so please, for now, take the 'exact' instructions in this video as a grain of salt!

At the time we did this video, we didn't have the Rocktop Primer product (this is an old video, and we were using the original EAP product as well). The primer is a definite recommendation though, especially on a sink!
