@DozerfleetProd Yeah. I get what you're saying but he could have easily shot them both before the episode ended, but instead he decided for some reason, not to. He just lay there... Watching them =_= .

The company trained him to value one's mission before basic human decency. And since he's the only hero the eclipse did not handicap in any way, there is nothing stopping him from doing whatever he wants.
It is pretty sad that with all that time spent killing, Sylar would still be so helpless without abilities. But the same thing happens with "super" bacteria.
