i think ill go into the sign business and i will produce just one design that says this: WARNING! ALL EMPLOYEES ARE HEAVILY ARMED!

@cockeye1987 you're assuming that the robber is just going to get the drugs/money and leave and not that he's going to shoot the pharmacist to eliminate a witness. There are no perfect solutions to this. The best would be if cvs, Walgreens (my employer), and other companies actually had trained security on staff. But they obviously feel as though their employees lives are worth less than the salary of a security guard.

note how finger is on the trigger for the criminal a cramp or sneeze or even a loud noice means an inocent person dies.

if i owned a pharmacy like cvs i would encourage my employees to own a fire arm and have the'propper training to use it and even pay for it. thieves dont always play nice, if you want to take that chance with your life, so be it. this man was protecting his lifeand that of his fellow employees

crimnials are not trained in how to use a firearm, and even people who are, still have accidents. a crimanal is nervouse when going to rob a store, the have an identity to protect and their freedom which they will surely lose if caught robbing a pharmacy with a gun. therefore they can shoot the victim on accident, to protect identity or out of spit that you dont have what they need, specially if they are looking for drugs because they are suffering withdrawal..

yeah your right

@aaronpourazar Simple. They own the property, they are then reliable if an accident happens. If the pharmacist shoots and kills someone not involved in the crime, then CVS is liable for allowing it to happen. Then the pharmacist along with the company are sued for wrongful death. All to prevent someone from taking money and meds that are not theirs. If someone robs my store I will politely open the safe, maybe even give them a gift card. Not my money to be shooting people over.

Too Bad He Missed....
