The media isn't reporting this stuff and rarely ask him a tough question - and in the rare event that they do, he doesn't answer it, just goes around the question, and the press doesn't follow-up to try and get a direct answer. The press is not doing its job and the public is not being informed.

Simple - rebate $2000 on every 1040 ONLY THEN tax gas $2.00 per gallon and then let the consumer make the choice.
Buy a Yaris or Prius - save $1000 a year,
drive a Hummer spend $2000 extra a year
Walk to work or share a ride - save $2000
Break the stranglehold of foreign oil
Regain our World prestige and shrink our carbon footprint while improving our budget deficit balance of trade and National Debt all at once

I'm not for Obama, but a tax relief holiday just redistributes money and does NOTHING; it may seem to work at first but it will not in the long run. Hundreds of academic economist have wrote about this...it's a scam which is used to sway voters. It's the law of supply and demand at work now...

I don't like this ad. It implies Obama would be ready to be president some day.
It should just say "Never ready to be president".
