After Jebediah Kerman insisted on expanding the Kerbal Missile Department, the Enforcer Missile was developed to attach to the Freedom Mk I shuttle.

After the Enforcer Missile exceeded accuracy expectations, Jebediah removed the GPS and Gyroscope on the grounds "It's not Kerbal". Instead settling for a state of the art piece of scrap metal.
