  • @CODGOD321BOOM first off you little bitch, im a semi-pro mma fighter, and a fireman fulltime, so that shit you talkin shove it. You dont know shit, if you did you wouldve heard of a little thing called body plateau look it up. That little bull-shit workout crap you say u can do, my son does that crap for pop warner football practice you little fag. try wrking out with 100lb weight vest then call me. suck a fat one? im in atl ga, my gym (art of fighting) ill punch a hole in your face ass clown.

  • @tonyjacob79 for your information i do not plateau... of course weights you can keep increasing for progress. With bodyweight exercises i always have harder exercise variations im transitioning into from prior ones. Also theres many variables to change and combining of certain things like explosive movements, stabilizing movements, static holds, high and low rep ranges... i am always progressing and improving

  • @tonyjacob79 if you think bodyweight exercises are easy then let me know how many muscle ups you can do... or try working on freestanding handstand pushups, dips on rings, planche pushups for some general ideas... theres so many challenging exercises that dont need weight and can be used for any muscle.

  • bro do you make your own equiptment?

  • @zombaiz ya i make all the stuff i use.

  • damn, that one side dips is the first i ever seen, imma try that since I dont have weighted vest

  • @llrond hey thanks, ya there much harder than a normal dip. What i try to do is go down low on one side until i close up my arm tight with the bicep against the forearm... When you push off at that you are now targeting the lower end of the tricep heads where they meet the elbow.

  • @tonyjacob79 hey man, where are your vids lol.. You talk a lot but don't see any videos of you, no pictures of your growth or any workouts... You more and likely have a good solid workout routine, but the people of you tube want to see vids, not pictures but vids of you. Plus it's your one opinion against wayy to many that commented on this vid! Keep doing ya thing Nick!

  • Hey, Is he in a zero gravity room? hahahaha

  • @Fazioenterprise lol did you take some kind of health class how do you know so much about this?

  • NASTY WORK!!!! KEEP IT UP!

  • @Fazioenterprise look im not going to go back and forth with you do what works 4 YOU. bottom line i dont agree with your technique, plus you physique isnt very impressive and you use concrete weights? Maybe you cant tell your body has reached plateau, ive check ur vids and over time didnt see a difference. And youre going to hurt ur self with that ludachrist shoulder workout. and hurt the people that follow this. think im talkin shit (tony goolsby) on facebook. check the pics
