@mkamaryn What do you know about hardship? Clearly nothing. It's not the people's fault that this countries economy crashed, leaving people w/out jobs to pay their mortgages. We bailed the banks out w/ the promised outcome of modification due to this national crisis. How dare they keep that money & not use it as agreed! It wasn't theirs to keep! Shame on them for defrauding the system due to their greed! That bailout money should have went directly to the people not to the legal loan sharks

The one key factor that 99% of the "I've got the solution" pundits are missing in all of this is: The fraud starts at inducement. Since the banks are not allowed to lend on their assets nor on the assets of their depositors, where then do the funds come from for a bank loan such as a mortgage? Answer: The funds come from the signature of the 'borrower'. The banks NEVER OWN THE HOMES THEY FORECLOSE ON. The banks are owed nothing! NOTHING!!! The banks can't show a loan because there was none.
