The stability ball cobra is a great exercise for everybody, especially those with shoulders forward posture.

The key to performing this exercise properly is to keep your thumbs up, and arms as high as they can be while you SLOWLY go through the range of motion in both directions.

You shouldn't elevate your shoulders at the bottom of this motion, which means your upper traps should be relaxed.

Learn more about how posture can effect your exercise and how it may prevent you from reaching your goals.
