http://www.facebook.com/docjazz Song in the memory of Marwa el Sherbiny, an Egyptian lady who was murdered in a courtroom in Dresden, Germany, while filing a lawsuit against her neighbor who had been harrassing her and insulting her. The murderer stabbed her to death in the courtroom, in the presence of her husband and 3 year old child, during the trial. When her husband tried to save her, he was shot by one of the guards at the court, and sustained serious injuries.

The aim of this song is to help preserve her memory, a brave lady who was murdered by a crime of hate only for practicing her faith, and for being a foreigner - while trying to defend her family from the ugly hatred of her racist neighbor. Let us hope that justice will be served, and that the murderer will be punished in proportion to the unforgivable crime he committed. Let us also hope that those who fan the flames of islamophobia and anti-muslim hatred will open their eyes, and understand that this type of hatred only causes injustice and heinous crimes.
