Ya...it is amazing ...these guys looked like they were really good friends... Really too bad because they were awesome and like Roth and 1984 was the best Van Halen album to date ... Hagar and the Balance album was their best album to date.... Really to bad... love em to death and yes Eddie quit smoking man ...for us...

@cem2756 Well nowadays white has come to mean pretty much anyone that isn't far eastern, black or dark skinned. But put him next to a German or English guy and the difference is more noticeable. But also his face and hair makes him look like many average Asian guys from tha region.

The grunge thing happened, and the tight-rocknroll of Van Halen was compromised beginning with the sloppy Balance. Van Halen wasted 20 of their prime years because they just couldn't have the courage to stand up to the decaying music scene. Now, at age 60 they get another chance. What a waste.
