This is their last year in the U.S. the team WILL move to Hamilton for the start of next season. Bettman is a total moron for doing what he did, he is arguably the biggest bafoon since Howard Ballard to come along in hockey. A team in a fucking desert......FROM WINNIPEG where hockey is a religion in a country that stays home on Saturday TO WATCH hockey.
I am an American hockey nut and the sport belongs to the people that actually want it. I have to sit here and watch fucking baseball.

@MsBryanfreeman There are more people that go to a Nucks pre-season game than the regular coyotes game. Winnipeg would have a full rink being the hardest ticket in town. The South USA would rather watch tractor pulls (FAIL!). Time to give your borrowed team back.

@TheTorontoElite That is not true! The Jets' were a small market team competing with teams (no salary cap) and using Canadian bucks that were 40% less than USD in 1996. Now The Canuck-buck is 5% better than the USD and there is political will for a team.

Give Winnipeg back their Jets already, Phoenix is a joke.
There is a place for hockey in warm weather as well as in the cold, sure- in Los Angeles, where the Kings have been forever. In Anaheim, where my Ducks came in and were instantly a flashy team and already, in just a few seasons, has a good history of playoff apperances, two trips to the Finals, and one big drink from Lord Stanley's Cup. The San Jose sharks. Dallas Stars.
Winnipeg LOVED that team, Phoenix wastes it, give it back!
