This is a video recorded with XVidCap Screen Capture, it gets kinda laggy sometimes, but I don't know why? The video shows my Ubuntu Maverick desktop, with Compiz effects. I do think Compiz is gr8! The sound didn't work, so if you have any questions about what I'm doing, feel free to ask! :)

And the latest version of XVidCap won't record sound, you have to get an earlier version from Sourceforge. (there are tutorials throughout YouTube)
