First, I want to commend you for such an exellent idea! You forgot a few things though; 1) We must "tap" both ends of politicians as much gas may be recycled from plugging the "heinies" but, that won't stop all the "shit" pouring out the front end orofice! 2) Barney Frank? just how do you propose finding a "plug" to fit either end of that bottomless pit of depravity cavity? To reduce methane, all we have to do is insert butt plugs into the liberals in the Congress of the USSA. That oughta reduce world wide emissions of gaseous B.S. by about 99%.

It also will cause them to back up rather quickly and explode. And that will solve even more problems!!!
