Never on Sunday

Pote tin Kyriaki a.k.a. Never on Sunday 1960. Melina Merkouri says to the sailor who offered the most money (Faidon Georgitsis): "I don't have a price and I don't like you" and leaves with Dimitris Papamichail. Melina sings to Dimitris: "Pame mia volta sto feggari". Manos Hadjidakis' music, won the Oscar that year. Jules Dassin wrote the story, acted and directed his wife at a time Melina, who subsequently became the Minister of Culture for Greece.
