I think I got it... The first Blood Dock followed a Quarantine Squad sweeping the streets to destroy the zombies. At the same time, a group of survivors raid a cargo ship for supplies, but because they are in the city they are carriers of the virus. The Q-Squad discovers the carriers/survivors and are ordered to terminate them. An epic battle ensues, killing all 4 carriers and maybe a few of the Q-Squad. As 1 carrier escapes, he takes down 1 of the helicopters, the remaining members must escape.

@jfoley715 Alright so I can see exactly why you think this.
Here's the story of Blood Dock in nut shell. 5 survivors are living in BeachGate. They decide to make a run for it through the city to a large cargo ship, and to escape Liberty City.
Throughout all the videos the characters are the same. BUT the person who recorded Episode 3 + 4 made up his own story for it, thus why you are confused......and probably why hundreds of youtube viewers will be confused...
