@brooklynstudio Yup, hairless,about 7' tall and 300 lbs. Obviously finding an actor anywhere near those dimensions with the acting chops to play the Judge is highly improbable. Shannon definitely got the chops. He's also physically imposing enough to represent that aspect of the Judge (which the makeup/special effects folks can enhance). I guess for me, he just projects the combination of intelligence and menace that is the Judge.

Yes. His stage and film performance in Bug is quite brave. Michael Shannon and Tom Hardy are probably the best actors for the next up and coming generation.
