  • I'm really glad this was uploaded in 1080p. The extra high-definition made me want to vote NDP

    thank you.

    Sincerely

  • Dalton is done , even the Libs here know it and know that hudak is scary

They ARE turning to the NDP in Ontario this election The only choice !

  • These videos keep talking about struggling families who can't afford HST but those families make the majority of any province of any suburb, they are most of Canada, HST benefits Govt employees & Govt spending, how was New Hampshire considered a tax free state? why can't Ontario become a tax free province? the majority are struggling why are they not voting against the HST? remove HST then lower GST. I don't believe higher taxes increases consumer investment, only have 40 million citizens

  • @jaystyles007 ... morning Jay, you are to be congratulated for a young fellow (under 35) taking such an interest in politics. Research the HST a little more and you'll see it is going to be a cash cow for the government. The fact the conservatives came up with it mitigates any criticism of our pal Dalton, hopefully, Dalton will return some of the goodies to the tax payers rather than the tax abusers. Also, Ali got your message a couple of months ago and says right back at ya (lol)!

  • HST is one step forward two step back tax. Harper puts a penny in, and Dalton takes two pennies out.

  • I might be wrong but it seems to me whenever the NDP formed a provincial government they nearly bankrupted that province. Their advice on finance is not sound. The conservatives are a sorry lot and that leaves us with the liberals. Dalton's gang is well aware how fractured the tax basis is, hense birth of the HST. The HST will be a money maker and will (I believe) be tweaked a number of times and lead to a reduction in other taxes and (hopefully) the dreaded health premium we all pay.

  • seeing ass we dont have a "vote of non confidence" box on our ballets the only thing to do is not vote.

Dont take part in the system and it will fail then perhaps we can actually make our own lives instead of working for the betterment of corrupt people.

Dont pay medical it is free in canada and comes out of our income tax, a monthly fee ontop of income tax is not even close to free.

I dont feel represented in this gov so i dont approve of being taxed. Nor do i approve of the gov choices

  • @betterbodies4u Try for the lesser of evils.

Conservatives are more inclined to screw the common citizen so long as they can scratch the backs of corporations & special interests that contribute to their campaigns.

NDP does the same thing, But at least the NDP won't sell off public assets to anyone anywhere anytime.

And the NDP has a better chance of putting public interests ahead of corporate interests.

  • We need information on whether the benefits of the HST (simplicity?) can be realized and any adverse effects neutralized.

Unfortunately the NDP will only give you the spin that they think will lose votes for the conservatives and make the NDP look better.

    It's disgusting.

And I vote NDP and will again. Still doesn't mean that they, like any political party, can be trusted not to bullshit and spin facts.

  • I don't know who to vote for anymore.
