i jailbroke my ipod and now it is stuck on the bootscreen and it just turns on and off if i keep it going. i put it in DFU and it wont connect to itunes. I cant do anything with it, can someone help me???

when ever i plug in my ipod touch 1g my computer's keyboard and mouse freeze. can u help or do i need a new ipod? my computer is a mac if that makes any difference
