On 7th March 2012 The FREdome Visionary Trust convened an All Party Parliamentary Group meeting of the APPCCG, held in the House of Commons in UK Parliament and titled "A New Opportunity out of Economic Crisis."

The aim was to give realistic hope and optimism to business leaders that there is a path, not just to sustainable growth but to beneficial growth.

Greg Peachey, Founder and Chair of the FREdome Visionary Trust, presented the Carbon Cycling concept and proposal as a potential combined solution to economic, environmental and natural resource issues. The core of the proposal is Operation OASIS, originated by Andrew K Fletcher.

Related presentations were delivered by Professor John Sedgwick and Dr Vlasios Voudouris of the Centre for International Business & Sustainability at London Metropolitan University; Jessica Scholl - Manager of the UN Global Compact UK Secretariat and Programme Manager at the International Business Leaders Forum; Dr David Wilkinson - Reader in environmental science in the School of Natural Science and Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University and Dr Newton Jibunoh - Founder of FADE Africa, who travelled from Lagos to attend the meeting. The meeting was sponsored by the CCP Network who have also committed to contribute financially to the project.

Greg also delivered a call to action to business leaders, who have the connections, resources and mindset to turn this vision into a reality. Youth representative Tara Gibbins-Klein opened the meeting as a hopeful stakeholder in the world of the future, and youth representative Toby Charles closed the meeting with his assessment of how the meeting had responded and encouraged those in attendance to take follow-on action.

These slides and commentary are the presentation that Greg Peachey used to deliver the Carbon Cycling concept and proposal.
