I am going to try that recipe. It looks simpler and healthier than the other bread pudding, which use imo, way too much butter.

I made this recipe last Christmas and it turned out great, it went quick with guest, thanks for the recipe. looking forward to making it again. I glazed the top with sugar mixed with water.
