the second part of my lucid dreaming series explains the wake back to bed method which I believe to be the best technique for beginners. I had a lucid dream the first time I tried this method :D

  • @iiAngelic It just takes practice Lol. Some time when you are dreaming you will just randomly do a reality check and discover your dreaming. Its so good when that happens :DD x)

  • @CrazyInLove16xx well i do often try to remember what i dreamt of in the morning. but i think i need more help. i can't even remember to check if i'm dreaming when i dream!

  • @iiAngelic I really should have mentioned this in the video...I'm so dumb I forgot but sometimes before attempting this technique it helps to improve your dream recall first so just try and remember what you dreamt about every morning you wake up for a few days before trying this. Good dream recall= more lucid dreams lol
