NWA™ World Title Tournament Selection Special Report

The National Wrestling Alliance® (NWA™) Board of Directors have decided on the participants to be featured in "Regaining the Glory: The NWA™ World Heavyweight Championship Tournament presented by Big Vision Entertainment." The Tourney begins on June 2, 2007 from three locations.

Meh, the title is dead now, really. as for that aussie guy, i am an aussie, and i hadnt heard of him till seeing that vid. suprised he is in there, since NWA-AU has been dead for quite a while now....

What part of AU do you live in? Explosive Pro Wrestling (website epwperth DOT com) has been around for over 5 years (been sanctioned by the NWA for close to 2 years now) and they have a great company and draw fantastic crowds. For the life of me I don't understand why people make comments without any research. I believe EPW also runs shows in Adelaide too. Might want to check them out!

The other's sitting at the table (from L to R) are David Marquez, Todd Kennely (NWA™ Commentator) and C.Edward Vanderpyle (Pearce's Manager & self proclaimed talent expert.) This was taped as a bonus feature for the Big Vision DVD release. The piece is very involved and informational. The producer are thinking about putting on youtube, but they think it might be too long and people would hate on it for being "boring." Would you want to watch it if its over 30 mins?

I respect Sting as much as te next guy, but this guy has a point. The working agreement did a good thing as far as marketing for the NWA, but TNA basically owned the belt.

I love the NWA, MUCH more than TNA, and I think their roster is 10 times more talented than TNA's will ever be.

Honestly, they dropped the ball with the tourney finish. While I think that it was fair to put Adam Pearce in Danielson's spot and AmDrag got injured, I don't think that Pearce should have won the belt. Since Pearce lost to Danielson in the semi-finals, it diminished his credibility, while if Albright won, AmDrag could have turned that into the basis for a feud.

NWA drops the ball again. One of their most popular territories, NWA Midwest running out of Streamwood has ceased to run. Before they ceased running, they almost put IWA: MS out of buisness. NWA only cares about their new precious TV show and not about live territories like it always has been.

same me here in philly lucky 4 me the roh is based here in philadelphia so i get to see them all the time but only time i ever see the nwa is on here .......but i don't think there will ever be a nwa show here im sure ecw left a very bad taste in there mouths oh well fuck em
