  • *IMPORTANT* do not follow the instructions in this video to break down a sig p226, or any sig for that matter..

  • i take it you dont value your fingers?

  • I don't own a sig, nut I believe I know more about them than you

  • Slidelock...use it...because might want to keep your fingers....

  • Wrapping your hand around the slide to remove it is unsafe and could cause injury if it should it slip. Pull the slide back, use manual to lock position. Unlock it by pulling the lever down. Pull the slide back & release. The lever looks easy to pull down in the demonstration but can be difficult if the unit is new or not shot often. Struggling with the lever and holding the slide back at the same time can be difficult and dangerous.
