CAMPAIGN EXTENDED THRU END OF SEPTEMBER! Caribou Coffee will host Pay It 4ward Day on Thursday at 19 Metro Detroit locations to help fight unemployment. The campaign focuses around envelopes that are filled with dollar bills then passed from person to person until it reaches 25 people. Every $25 collected in the Pay It 4Ward envelope will help provide an entire day of career training for an unemployed Metro Detroiter. Each Metro Detroit Caribou Coffee location will also offer free samples on Thursday of 20 new items, along with giveaways for customers who participate in the campaign. Ten percent of the gross sales at the 19 locations from 3pm until 11pm will go to Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit. Pay It 4Ward participants can also drop off completed envelopes at any Metro Detroit Caribou location throughout July and receive a free beverage. Participants are also eligible to win a $100 gift card at the end of the initiative.
