I am a huge admirer of the entrancing surreal sounds of B-O-C they have mesmerised me since about 2003, and continue to do so today, even appearing on the creepy Salad Fingers shorts with a track whose name escapes me. Haunting, trippy industrially manic soundscapes....they are ambiguously brilliant

@Rapt4 I beleive that track is "beware the friendly" stranger from geogaddi

LOL, found this while searching for Ligeti's 'Atmospheres'. I know it's a fake BoC track, but that connection is quite fitting (and the guy who made this should be lauded for the effort).

This is fantastic - whomever the artist is who made it should be recognised in their own right!

HO. LY. SHIT.
Did Boards Of Canada collabarate with Sunn O))) on this track or something?

AAaarghrgh - this is fake - it was such a great track, but I can't listen to it, since I know, it is fake :(
Morale: Irony n' stuff

@mishmoshable mum, mostly but theres someone else (cant recall the name) that had his material leaked onto fake BoC releases, he did lavender trapezoids and such

If this isn't BoC I want to know who this is. I love it, absolutely love this.
-
boc or not, this is an absolutely stunning composition.

These are the unheard albums by BOC: Catalogue 3, Acid Memories, Hooper Bay, Play By Numbers, and Closes Volume 1. I have trawled through fakes on the internet over the past six years in search of authentic songs, but one by one, all the most convincing ones have been exposed as fakes. As far as I'm aware, the only confirmed material from any of these albums, available online is a short sample of 'Wouldn't you like to be free' from 'Play By Numbers' that was originally on their first website.

To mine own ears this does not sound like BoC.
But it's not bad.
Sorry to spoil the fun guys.... this EP was a fake release. There are some BoC songs on it, but they're fron other BoC albums.
Lots of fakes circulating youtube nowadays btw....
Check your sources please ;)

There exists an Acid Memories and Catalog3 etc, but they were released only to close friends of BoC. The releases circulating the internet are fake compilations made from other tracks. Why someone would do that, i don't know, but that doesn't change the fact that the releases are fake. Check the track lengths and check for the unofficial BoC pages, it's all explained over there.
