you can quite easily use whats called an IME... i'll make a video about it in the coming weeks. You basically just enable the input support for japanese as a language option and then you open up notepad and turn it on and voila... but yeah i'll make a vid to show you.

yeah its perfectly legal. There are better programs out there which give you access to more channels and in higher quality but those are pay programs. Still perfectly legal and very cool. Sucks the sound quality is a bit low.

I tried this.. but.. its 99% radios and really really pixaleted and jumpy clichy on the 2 channels that work.. the others ask for a password???? Any idea if any better since.. or even cheap paid ones? in better quality?
