My Typographic Day in Motion - Expressive Typography

Hello everyone, I am a 3rd year undergraduate OCAD student and I have created this video for my expressive type class. The goal of this project was to convey a sense of distance and time of my journey from home to school. I've chosen to use a combination of adobe aftereffects CS5 (for creating the animations) and imovie (for the audio editing). Specifically for this project I wanted to focus on visually representing my day simply throughout type and nothing else. The audio sounds that play along each scene are meant to invoke a sensory experience for the viewer, in order for one to better grasp and have a sense of the events that occur.
