The University of Guelph (with specific credit to Gracen Johnson & Yvonne Su A.K.A. the Yes Women) sparked a nation wide movement of votemobs. The night of the Surprise Harper votemob, we all had a late night piecing together the video. Unfortunately, when you edit a video in one night, you can't go over all of the footage as well as you would like. For that reason, I thought I would gather some of the additional footage and edit it together to make this little video.

Thanks so much Gracen, Yvonne, and all of the other inspiring individuals that have been encouraging young people to vote.

  • @Ysu1314 Everyone crossing the street - my favourite moment of the day. Sprinting across the road, through the mud, and onto the hill after nearly falling... Second favourite part of the day :-)

  • Totally NDP, Gay and Embarrassing.

  • @Ysu1314 your so annoying on campus

  • Thank you all for voting conservative!!

  • @jschmuland

Ralph Klein should get heathy and run for Prime Minister. That conservative ass would get the debt cleaned up. Look at what he did to Alberta.

Sure, he was a drunken donkey who threw change at the homeless, but he got the job done, knew how to talk to the citizens, and was not afraid to speak his mind (probably coming from the drunkenness). But thats what we need, not someone who hides behind his caucus, and doesn't even let them speak.

  • ambientcarrot part 2: I'm not sure what you mean by supporting Canadian industry, do ou mean that neither Liberals or NDP feel that it is right to cut $220 billion from corporate taxes and to push service costs on to it's citizens, especially in times of flat wage growth. In real dollars Canadian citizens pay 20% more in taxes than we did before he came into power. Even raise those corporate taxes to 1/2 their pre- Harper values and those "dreamy dreams" are paid for.

  • ambientcarrot You need to use that brain of yours. We have gone from a $40 billion deficit under Mulroney (a conservative) to 8 consecutive surpluses under Chretien and Martin (Liberals) to a $50 billion deficit under Harper (again, Conservative).

  • Vote Conservative... The present Conservative led Canadian economy is envied around the world, we have weathered the latest global recession strongly. We have great industries with desired products and resources.

  • Vote Conservative... The present Conservative led Canadian economy is envied around the world, we have weathered the latest global recession strongly. We have great industries with desired products and resources. The Liberals and NDP are all about spend and Federal government programs, but they do NOT support any feasible Canadian industry that will pay for their dreamy dreams... therefore, we would go deeper and deeper into escalating debt under Liberal or NDP leadership!
