  • @henrikk21 You can't compare poverty here in America versus South America. Wake up Dick arse.

  • @waypor1 Yes, you are right. You rich people are the dicators and the poor are the slaves. We need a new communist system not like in Cuba or East Germany.

  • @InspiredMuse74 Did you know that communism is a process of social deterioration and has everything to do with how people see authority? The people on the bottom are not given the same treatment as the upper class structure when it comes to the law, this country doesnt have any economic principles and doesnt even know the meaning of the word.

  • I really feel like class distinctions do not matter really it is what you make of your income and circumstances. A person could live on very little money if prices could just stay low. I hope someday to buy a house I can pay off quickly so I can live on less money if I need to. In this economy many people live in poverty that used to be middle class so they do not look poor. You do not have to look poor to be poor.

  • Poverty is not about where you live but how much you make and how many bills you have. If you make $12,000 a year but live in a nice middle class area; does that mean you are not in poverty? A person could have their house paid off or have several roommates.

I live in a very nice apartment but I make with my college loans a little over the poverty rate. I would say I make $18,000 per year. I do not consider myself in poverty but I know I am not middle class like most of my neighbors.

  • Yes, this is poverty; horrible architecture, no trees, no colour, no people, no playing, it is horrid and I am so sorry for all the people who are shut away in this prison-like neighbourhood.

  • if this is POVERTY...this is the best form of poverty in the world. Some rich kid went into a working class area and filmed this.....LOL....he thought this was a slum....lol

  • or south africa

  • Do you call this Poverty???

Make a trip to South America and you'll know what is real poverty.
