Exactly what the title says... All three baby wild bunnies were set free in the woods in an isolated location in New Jersey in June (as requested by wildlife people). Sad sad day =(

  • Doesn't really sound like an isolated place-sounds like trucks and cars flying by!

  • @keebert About 25+ feet above where I was there's a highway but the woods went further out (much further) at ground level.

  • freakin wildlife people dont know what theyre saying!! the rabbits are immature and their mother most likley abandoned them. they probly died the next day sorry to say.

  • They said if the rabbits' ears stood up when they hopped that they were weaned *shrug* I knew I should've kept them as they were SUPER good with my bunny, Nivea, and were eating pellets and drinking out of a bowl, etc. Ooh well, live and learn I suppose!

  • ...If wild rabbits have the white crest on their forehead, it means they should still be under care of the mother. Meaning some of these should've been kept longer.

  • Wild mother rabbits stop caring for their young at around 4 weeks. By the size of these young ones, they were old enough to be on their own. Wild rabbits do NOT make good pets.

  • I would of kept them anyway.. nobody would of known.. now the baby hawk we found abandoned was another story..lol you cant conceal the cry of a hawk...lol..

  • It takes a strong heart to be able to let thoes cuties go... im very sorry..

  • I'd like to set the wildlife people people free... Into a cage of pissed off lions... -.-

    They don't know shit -.-

  • ya and plus they woulda died anyways due to coldness and so ya sorry to say but they most likeley died but i hope atleast 1 survived to grow into a healthy bunny green eating machine :D
